Turned Edge Binders
What Is It?
Turned Edge Binders have the material turned over the edge of the chipboard to create a clean smooth edge, like the construction of a game board. These binders can be constructed from cloth material (like a library book) or with litho paper.
Litho wrapped turned edge binders (see picture above) are great for fine graphics and 4-color process artwork. Cloth turned edge binders are suited for foil stamped and/or debossing. Both are high-end options that will make a lasting impression!

Vinyl Binders
What Is It?
These binders are made from vinyl and heat sealed around solid chipboard. This traditional, yet still relevant binder can be silk-screened, foil stamped or four color process digitally printed. There are a wide variety of french calf, suedene, castilian, montana or cortina materials and colors to choose from.

Poly Binders
What Is It?
Poly binders can be constructed from polyethylene or polypropylene. The poly material is available in .016 ga, .023 ga, .035 ga, .055ga or .075ga thicknesses. There are vast color options of poly materials to choose from and are best silk-screened or digitally printed.
Who Uses It?
- Schools for homework or student binders … these won’t crack at the spine!

Paper Binders
What Is It?
These soft cover Paper Binders are constructed from laminated 18pt C1S paper. These binders can be offset printed, foil stamped or embossed. There are many templates to choose from with a variety of rings capacities, reinforced edged and pocket configurations.
